We are currently looking for a caring and reliable respite worker to support an autistic non-verbal young adult.

This role involves picking up the client from their home and taking them out for walks, light activities, and community outings to help them get fresh air, exercise, and enjoy their day.

Requirements:

Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
Comfortable working with autistic and non-verbal individuals
Previous experience in respite care, disability support, or similar roles preferred
Patient, compassionate, and dependable

Job Details:

5 hours per day
4 days per week
No weekends
Flexible schedule

Pay:

$18/hour
Additional $10/day fuel allowance
Paid biweekly
Approximate biweekly pay: $800
