This is an upper part of my house for rent. There is a large living area that has a balcony facing the Gan river. There is one bedroom that is a nice size and a full bathroom that only the shower is shared as I have a powder room downstairs. The kitchen is shared . I am in walking distance to downtown Gananoque and there are lots of walking trail that are close by. I am looking for a single professional or retired person to share my house with . I have a small dog ( with lots of attitude ) so animals are negotiable . First months rent is required but I will go on a month to month basis so last month is not required.
