We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional guest experiences by delivering high-quality service and ensuring customer satisfaction. Your ability to multitask and maintain a positive attitude will contribute to the overall success of our establishment.

Duties

Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner.
Present menus and provide detailed information about food and beverage offerings.
Take accurate food and drink orders using the point-of-sale system.
Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring presentation meets restaurant standards.
Monitor tables for guest satisfaction, addressing any needs or concerns promptly.
Process payments accurately, handling cash, credit cards, and other forms of payment.
Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including resetting tables for new guests.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery.
Adhere to all food safety guidelines and health regulations.
Skills

Experience in the food industry is preferred, with knowledge of food preparation techniques.
Strong understanding of restaurant operations, including cash handling and cashiering skills.
Proficient math skills for accurate billing and change calculations.
Excellent guest service skills with the ability to assist customers effectively.
Familiarity with food safety practices to ensure compliance with health standards.
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and non-verbal, to interact effectively with guests and team members.

2 year experience
