**Action Freightlines Corporation** is currently seeking professional, high-performance **AZ Team Drivers** for our dedicated lanes from **Ontario (ON) to Alberta (AB) and British Columbia (BC)**.

### **Position Overview**
* **Role:** AZ Team Driver (Long-Haul)
* **Routes:** Ontario to Western Canada (AB/BC)
* **Pay Rate:** 50 CPM (Split for the team)
* **Equipment:** Well-maintained late-model tractors and trailers
* **Start Date:** Immediate
### **Key Responsibilities**
* Safely operate AZ tractor-trailers in a two-person team environment.
* Manage long-haul schedules efficiently to ensure on-time delivery and pickup.
* Conduct thorough pre-trip, en-route, and post-trip inspections.
* Accurately maintain Electronic Logging Devices (ELD) and all required freight documentation.
* Navigate various terrains, including mountain driving in BC, under changing weather conditions.
### **Mandatory Qualifications**
* **Valid AZ Driver’s License** with a verified clean driving record.
* **Experience:** Proven experience in long-haul operations; mountain and winter driving experience is a strong asset.
* **Reliability:** A disciplined approach to scheduling and road safety.
* **Communication:** Fluent in English (written and verbal) for documentation and dispatch coordination.
