Description
City Cabs is hiring part-time call-taking staff to join our office team.
We are looking for reliable, professional individuals who are comfortable answering phone calls, responding to email inquiries, assisting with bookings, speaking with customers, and entering trip details accurately in a busy dispatch environment.
Training is provided. Customer service, call centre, dispatch, office administration, or taxi industry experience is an asset, but not required.
