Night Shift General Laborers
Night Shift Equipment Operators

Job Responsibilities
Laborers
Assist crews with site preparation and cleanup
Load and unload materials and equipment
Support operators and supervisors on-site
Follow safety procedures and company policies
Perform physically demanding work in various weather conditions

Equipment Operators
Operate skid steers, loaders, excavators, or other heavy equipment safely and efficiently
Conduct daily equipment inspections
Assist with grading, hauling, snow removal, landscaping, or construction tasks
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Work closely with crew members and supervisors

Qualifications
Previous construction, landscaping, or equipment operation experience is an asset
Valid driver’s license preferred
Ability to work overnight shifts
Strong work ethic and reliability
Ability to lift heavy materials and work outdoors
Safety-conscious mindset
Consistent night shift work
