Event Staff – Formal Events

Location: Lethbridge, AB
First Event Date: May 28, 2026
Pay Rate: $17.00–$18.00 per hour

Job Description
We are currently hiring 20 temporary Event Staff for formal events in Lethbridge. We are seeking reliable, professional, and punctual individuals who are able to work efficiently in a fast-paced event environment and follow instructions carefully.

Shift Schedule
10 Staff: 4:00 PM – 10:00 PM
10 Staff: 5:00 PM – 11:00 PM

Responsibilities
-Assist with event setup and service
-Provide professional guest service throughout the event
-Follow direction from supervisors and event coordinators
-Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas
-Perform bartending duties where applicable

Requirements
-Prior serving experience preferred
-Punctual and dependable
-Strong communication skills
-Ability to work effectively in a team environment
-Ability to follow instructions in a fast-paced setting

Additional Requirement for Bartending Positions
-Valid ProServe certification
-Previous bartending experience

Dress Code (Mandatory)
-Black dress shoes
-Black dress pants (No tights, leggings, rips, or holes)
-Black dress shirt with sleeves (No tank tops or logos)

Grooming Standards
-Long hair must be tied back
-Short hair must be kept away from the face
-No fake nails or nail polish
-No fake eyelashes
-No jewelry
