We are seeking to recruit a Full Time Office Administrator Position within our busy Mechanic’s Shop in Rimbey Alberta.
Hours: 40 Hours per Week from Monday-Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm with one hour lunch.
Location: Rimbey, AB
Duties will include:
Answering Phones/Email’s- Providing general customer service.
Processing accounts receivable invoices, monthly statements, bank payments and receipts.
Other general office duties as required.
Essential Criteria:
Excellent customer service skills.
Ability to work on your own initiative in a busy and efficient manner.
Have excellent oral, written and electronic communication skills.
IT literate with experience in Google sheets/Google word & Quickbooks Online.
Good attention to detail and organizational skills.
At least one year’s proficient office administration experience.
Wage to be determined upon experience.
