The Wash & Window Guy is growing! We’re looking for a hardworking, motivated individual to join our crew for the 2026 season! We service residential and commercial clients across Haldimand, Norfolk, and Brant Counties, providing top-tier window cleaning, eavestrough cleaning, and mobile power washing services.

The Role
This is a full-time, seasonal position (Early/mid April to late November). You’ll be the face of our business on-site, ensuring our client's properties look their absolute best.
• The Schedule: Generally Monday–Friday, ~7:00 AM to 5:00 PM (hours vary based on the job). Some weekends and optional evenings may be required. No Sundays!
• The Environment: 100% outdoors. You’ll be working in the heat, the rain, and the cold.
• Location: Our shop is located at the north end of Simcoe.

Why Join The Wash & Window Guy?
• Weekly Pay: We pay weekly to keep your cash flow consistent.
• Overtime Opportunities: When the schedule gets busy, your paycheck grows. We respect your time and pay fairly for the long days.
• Paid Breaks: You don't have to clock out for breaks. If you’re hustling with us, you deserve to be looked after all day long.
• Professional Gear: We provide all company uniforms, so you don't have to worry about ruining your own clothes on the job.
• Active Work: Skip the gym membership—get paid to stay active and work outdoors.

What You’ll Be Doing
• Technical Work: Assisting the crew leader with interior/exterior window cleaning and gutter cleaning.
• Customer Service: Delivering a stellar experience through professional, polite communication.
• Operations: Detailing company vehicles, refueling, and keeping the shop organized and ready for the next day.

What You Bring to the Table
• Working at Heights: You are comfortable on ladders and not afraid of heights, or are willing to learn how to work at heights safely.
• Reliability: You have a valid Ontario Driver’s License and your own reliable transportation to get to the shop in Simcoe.
• Attitude: You’re professional, personable, driven, and take pride in a job well done.
• Willing to Learn: You are able to listen to instructions well, and are open-minded to feedback/tips to ensure safe, quality work.
• Safety First: Working at Heights Certification is a major asset (but we will provide training for the right candidate).
Ready to Join the Crew?
If you’re looking for a role where you can stay active, work outdoors, and be part of an enjoyable local growing business, we want to hear from you.
To Apply: Send your resume (and any questions) to wandwguy@gmail.com.
