Ready! Set! Paint! Is looking to expand and we are currently looking to hire a Sub Contract Crew.

We are looking for highly motivated professionals that take pride in their work and have the knowledge to deliver an exceptional service to our clients.

What we are looking for:

Professional Sub Contracting crews of two or more
You must have all required documents such as registered business, WCB, GST number, business liability insurance etc
A clean police check for all members of the crew
All tools, ladders, sprayer etc required to paint interior and exterior of residential homes
Mastery level/fluent in English
Top notch professionalism
All members of the crew have painter whites
A reliable vehicle capable of transporting required tools to and from jobsite
A good attitude

What we are not looking for

Those who are chronically late or absent
Those afflicted with issues with drink or drugs
Those who have issues with hygiene and appearance
Those who can’t speak without cursing every other word
Those who do not take pride in their work and it reflects in the quality

We are not currently looking for single man subcontractors at this time. We are only considering crews with two or more to be able to handle projects in a timely manner.
