I have a very small room for rent in a safe house for a female student. The room is a child size room. Best suited for one single bed and a desk. It has a small closet. I'm searching for a female student because I have a daughter who is 11 who will be sharing the wall with the room. I am open to cats or small dogs. I have two dogs and one cat. We are open to caged animals. The bus stop that goes directly to the college is outside of our home. I'm asking for a female student for the safety of my child. I don't want boyfriends or friends in and out. I just want someone who is focused on going to school and work, coming home and taking care of their room. We definitely want somebody who is a positive person, loves animals.
We do have security cameras set up inside and outside of our house. I want the person that moves in here to feel like they are safe and a part of our family.
