Requirements:

Valid driver’s license (Class 3 preferred)
Willingness to work long hours and overtime as required
Ability to pass a criminal background check
Physically fit and capable of performing demanding manual labour
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
Reliable transportation to and from job sites
Strong work ethic and dependability
Ability to follow safety procedures and company policies
Previous construction experience considered an asset (training may be provided)
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
