Description
InnovaCrete Construction is a growing concrete construction company specializing in residential and commercial concrete work throughout southeastern Manitoba. We are looking for an organized, motivated, and professional Office Administrator to help support our day-to-day operations and growing team.
Responsibilities
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and customer inquiries
- Organize and maintain digital files, project folders, and company records
- Schedule meetings, project dates, inspections, and calendar events
- Assist with quoting, invoicing, and tracking project documents
- Coordinate communication between office staff, supervisors, and field crews
- Assist with payroll/time tracking and document collection
- Maintain organized systems using Gmail, Google Drive, Google Calendar, and spreadsheets
- Help prepare safety paperwork, forms, and training records
- General office administration and support duties
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- Attention to detail and professionalism
- Previous office or construction administration experience is an asset
- QuickBooks experience is considered an asset
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
