I'm looking for a new home for my family and myself. We currently have till June 1st to find a place. Looking for house, townhouse, or duplex to rent. My wife and I both have careers, I've been with the same employer for 19 years and my wife has been in her industry for 6 years. She works semi-part time and helps out our daughter with our grand daughter. We have 2 dogs (11 yr bulldog male, 3 year old staffy female) they are very well behaved and fully crate trained. I also have my son on days off. I'm looking for a 3-4 bed or 2 den 3 den or just 4 bed for rent in the valley, azilda or chelmsford and maybe sudbury, depending where. Looking for a reasonable price range of $1400-$2200..and if just paying the first month rent only if possible, as my wife only works casual so I cover the rest plus my bills. It's hard to be able to save a first and last with a new born plus my son, and wife and the fort to hold. i can explain the situation, I have owned 2 homes in past plus a rental of my own. I'm not asking for pitty just being honest, I'm a struggling middle class just trying to live a decent life for me and my family like everyone else. I have a very good job but a lot on my plate. I can afford up to 2300 a month with or without utilites included. I think just coming up with that amout in todays world is fare and shows you can pay it. First and last is just way too much for me. This would be a permanent tenant deal as my wife and I just want to settle in and not have to move again, we are quiet and don't bother anyone.
