PART TIME Receptionist Needed for Busy Ajax Optometrist Office

Optical or Medical office experience would be a great asset, but not necessary as we offer paid training.

We are seeking a part-time receptionist to work in our Optometrist office located in Ajax, ON. This is a PART TIME position, MUST be available to work weekends.
Job tasks include:
-Answering phone calls
-Returning messages
-Booking and confirming appointments
-Following up on referrals
-Collecting Payment

Your Personal Skills:
-Must be Fluent in the English language
-Good phone manner
-Friendly & Positive attitude
-Able to multi-task
-Speaks in a professional manner
-Legally entitled to work in Canada
