Position Overview

We are seeking a Sales Representative (Field Sales) to connect directly with homeowners, introduce our residential cleaning services, and generate new business through in-person outreach.

This role involves direct customer interaction and is best suited for individuals who are comfortable working independently in a results-driven, performance-based environment.

Responsibilities

Engage with homeowners in assigned neighbourhoods to promote residential cleaning services
Generate new leads through direct, in-person outreach
Build rapport and clearly communicate the value of AllClean Solutions’ services
Schedule appointments and/or complete sales during customer interactions
Track leads, appointments, and sales conversions
Meet or exceed daily and weekly performance goals
Represent AllClean Solutions professionally within the community

Qualifications

Previous sales experience preferred
(door-to-door, retail, promotions, hospitality, or other customer-facing roles)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable initiating conversations with new people
Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
High energy, persistence, professionalism, and reliability
Must be 18 years of age or older
Legally authorized to work in Canada
Reliable transportation
Smartphone for communication, navigation, and lead tracking

Compensation

This position offers a performance-based earning structure, where income is directly tied to individual results and completed sales.

Compensation Includes:
