This boat is not a basic cheap inflatable boat. The Osprey Advanced Series is built stronger and more practical for Canadian water use. It comes with a marine-grade 5052 aluminum transom, which is much stronger and more durable than the traditional wood/plastic transom that can rot, warp, or fail over time.

The boat also uses heavy-duty German HEYtex PVC fabric, known for being durable, UV-resistant, lightweight, and suitable for long-term outdoor use. The seams are thermal bonded / welded, which makes them stronger and more reliable compared with regular glued seams.

Another great feature is that the wheel brackets are already installed, so you can add launch wheels and move the boat much easier, even with a motor on. It also has extra-large lifting points for davits, making it a good choice as a yacht tender or cottage boat.

The aluminum floor is already included, and the boat is compact enough to store in a car, garage, locker, or cottage storage area. It is easy to transport, easy to launch, and strong enough for real lake use.
