Looking for responsible hunters to hunt my 80 acre forested property located outside of the town of Silverwater. There are Deer, Grouse/Partridge, Snowshoe Hare, Bear occasionally, I can hear Turkeys but I haven’t seen any yet, and the usual small game. 1 raised stand with 3 cleared lines. I occasionally leave treats out. Apple, corn, salt blocks. Lots of deer around. No accomodations but lots of room for your tents, campers etc.
Pricing will be annual depending on usage. Hunting which seasons? How many hunters? Family camping? Travel trailers and storage, etc.
I am father of a 14year old boy. I don’t drink and don’t want loud excessive drinking. I don’t hunt and my son doesn’t get up here enough. We live in Niagara and just want to share the property for others to enjoy while earning a little to help improve and maintain the property. The successful applicant should be responsible, willing to help at the camp occasionally if needed,
