Good family trailer. Clean and well kept. Lots of storage. Everything works as it should. Fridge and hot water are dual electric or propane. AC and furnace work. New water pump and tip out motor 3 years ago. New brakes and bearings last year. Has been raised to fit newer trucks. Bathroom floor around toilet is soft. I have a piece of plywood over it so can still be used. Trailer is in overall good shape for its age. Rear hitch and wiring for towing additional trailer.
