Requirements:

* Experience in construction, concrete, asphalt, or general labour work preferred (but willing to train the right candidate)
* Ability to perform physically demanding work and lift heavy materials
* Valid driver’s license considered an asset
* Reliable vehicle to get to and from work
* Recent criminal background check required (CLEAN)
* Reliable, hardworking, punctual, and able to work outdoors in various weather conditions
* Ability to work long hours, day shifts, night shifts, and weekends as needed

Responsibilities:

* Assist crews with concrete cutting, coring, demolition, site preparation and traffic control
* Load and unload tools, equipment, and materials
* Maintain a clean and safe work environment
* Follow all site safety procedures and company policies
* Assist operators and supervisors as needed
* Perform basic equipment cleaning and maintenance

Location: OAKVILLE
Start Date: Immediate
Pay: $20–$22/hr starting (based on experience)
