Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House & Back of the House Staff to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The ideal candidates will possess a passion for hospitality and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests, ensuring their dining experience is enjoyable and memorable.

Duties

Greet and seat guests in a friendly and efficient manner.
Take orders accurately and efficiently using the POS system, preferably Micros POS.
Provide knowledgeable recommendations on menu items and specials.
Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are maintained at all times.
Handle cash transactions, including cash handling and basic math for accurate billing.
Assist with serving food and beverages to guests promptly.
Manage time effectively to ensure timely service during peak hours.
Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues with professionalism.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations and communication.
Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, floors, and restrooms.

Experience

Previous experience in the food industry or restaurant environment is preferred.
Familiarity with POS systems, particularly Micros POS, is a plus.
Strong customer service skills with an emphasis on hospitality.
Ability to handle food safely and adhere to food handling guidelines.
Basic math skills for cash handling and order processing.
