Now Hiring: Youth Support Workers
We are currently seeking compassionate, reliable, and motivated Youth Support Workers to join our team. Positions are available for full-time, part-time, and casual staff.
This role involves supporting youth in a safe, respectful, and structured home environment while helping encourage independence, life skills, and positive daily routines.
Shift Lengths Available:
6-hour shifts
8-hour shifts
12-hour shifts
Availability:
Weekdays
Weekends
Occasional on-call or weekend shift if needed
Wage:
$17–$18 per hour
Job Responsibilities:
Provide supervision, guidance, and emotional support to youth
Assist with daily routines and healthy living habits
Support youth with life skills, communication, and positive behaviours
Maintain a safe, clean, and respectful living environment
Complete household cleaning and chores, including:
Sweeping and mopping
Dishes and kitchen cleaning
Laundry
Garbage removal
General organization and upkeep of the home
Prepare simple meals and snacks when needed
Document daily activities and incidents when required
Work independently and as part of a team to support youth needs
Qualifications:
Experience working with youth is considered an important asset
Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle are considered strong assets
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to remain calm, patient, and professional in challenging situations
Reliable, responsible, and flexible with scheduling
