Advantage builders is looking for a framer with lots of framing and crew lead experience to help organize our prefab shop to boost production. We have a good group of guys working in the shop but organization and pre planning is not a strong suit. We are looking for someone who can plan a house ahead and have people cutting tall wall, parts, headers etc to boost production and make sure everyone is always busy.
