EXPERIENCED LABOURER
Telecommunications | Huntsville Region | Full-Time

PAY RATE: $19 – $24 / hr
HOURS/WEEK: 44 Hours
EXPERIENCE: 3–5 Years
LOCATION: Huntsville, ON (surrounding area)

ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY:
Spy Communications is a growing telecommunications contractor serving major carriers across Ontario — Committed to Our Connections. We are currently seeking an Experienced Labourer to join our expanding crew in the Huntsville region. This is a hands-on field role where your technical knowledge and work ethic will directly contribute to the success of every project you're on.

If you've put in your time working for a major telecom — Rogers, Bell, Cogeco, or similar — and you're ready to bring that experience to a tight-knit crew earning competitive wages in the Huntsville area, this is your opportunity.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
• Performing skilled labour tasks across telecom infrastructure projects in the Huntsville region
• Working effectively as part of a field crew to complete projects on time and to standard
• Installing, maintaining, and repairing telecommunications equipment and cabling
• Following Ontario occupational health and safety regulations at all times
• Operating a company-provided vehicle to and between work sites
• Communicating project updates clearly with supervisors and team members
• Taking pride in quality workmanship and supporting a positive crew environment

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in the telecommunications or utilities industry
• Prior experience working with a major telecom carrier strongly preferred (Rogers, Bell, Cogeco, etc.)
• A strong work ethic — you show up, work hard, and take pride in the job
• Valid Ontario Class G driver's licence with a clean abstract
• Working knowledge of telecom infrastructure: aerial, buried, coax, or fibre is a strong asset
• Experience operating or working alongside Directional Drills is a strong asset
• Comfortable working outdoors year-round in varying conditions
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Availability for 44 hours per week with flexibility for project demands
