We are seeking a hardworking and reliable Pallet Builder / Pallet Repair Technician to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for building, repairing, inspecting, and maintaining wooden pallets in a safe and efficient manner. The role requires the use of hand tools, power tools, and basic warehouse equipment to ensure pallets meet quality and safety standards.

## Key Responsibilities

* Build new wooden pallets according to company specifications
* Repair damaged pallets by replacing broken boards, nails, or components
* Inspect pallets for quality, safety, and structural integrity
* Operate hand tools, nail guns, saws, and other equipment safely
* Sort pallets based on size, condition, and customer requirements
* Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area
* Follow workplace safety procedures and company policies
* Load, unload, and move pallets within the warehouse as required
* Work efficiently to meet daily production targets

## Requirements

* Previous warehouse or pallet repair experience is an asset
* Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physical work
* Comfortable using hand and power tools
* Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Reliable, punctual, and hardworking attitude

## Work Environment

* Fast-paced warehouse or manufacturing environment
* Repetitive lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
* Use of safety equipment including gloves, boots, and safety glasses
