EXPERT CONCRETE FINISHER - $25-$35/hr | Above Grade Construction Services Inc.

Above Grade Construction Services Inc. (AGCS) is an Edmonton-based specialty exterior contractor looking for an expert-level Concrete Finisher to join our growing team. This is not an entry-level posting - we are looking for a seasoned tradesperson who can step on site, run a crew, and deliver a high-quality product from day one.

WAGE: $25.00 - $35.00/hr depending on experience

--- WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR ---

We need someone with 5-10 years of hands-on experience in concrete forming and finishing. You know your trade inside and out - flatwork, curbs, steps, aprons, driveways, structural pours - and you've done it at a pace and standard that shows.

--- RESPONSIBILITIES ---

- Concrete forming and finishing to a high standard across commercial and residential scopes
- Running and leading a crew on active job sites - set the pace, hold the standard
- Hauling a 16' dump trailer safely and confidently
- Operating a skid steer as required on site
- Performing basic estimating and material takeoffs for concrete scopes
- Working across additional AGCS trade scopes as required, including: Foundation Repair, Waterproofing, Stucco and Parging, and Exterior Building Envelope work

--- REQUIREMENTS ---

- 5-10 years proven experience in concrete forming and finishing (required)
- Demonstrated ability to run and manage a crew on site (required)
- Experience hauling a 16' dump trailer (required)
- Skid steer operation experience (required)
- Basic estimating and material takeoff capability (required)
- Valid Class 5 Driver's License and reliable personal transportation (required)
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and uncompromising pride in your craft
- Willingness to work across multiple trade scopes as directed
