We are a growing landscaping /construction & snow removal company focused on delivering quality workmanship and excellent customer service. We are looking for an experienced and motivated Manager to lead daily operations, supervise crews, and help ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule.

Position Overview

The Manager will oversee day-to-day landscaping and construction operations, coordinate crews and equipment, maintain project schedules, and support both staff and clients. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and experienced in managing teams within the landscaping or construction industry.

Responsibilities
-Manage daily landscaping and construction operations
-Supervise and support field crews and subcontractors
-Schedule staff, equipment, and materials
-Ensure projects are completed on time
-Maintain strong communication with clients and team members
-Enforce company safety standards and procedures
-Assist with estimating, planning, and project coordination
-Problem-solve and address operational issues as they arise

Qualifications
-Minimum 3–5 years of management experience in landscaping and/or construction
-Strong leadership and communication skills
-Excellent organizational and time management abilities
-Ability to manage multiple projects and crews
-Knowledge of landscaping equipment and construction practices
-Valid driver’s license required
-Clean driver’s abstract required
-Equipment operation experience is considered an asset
-Competitive salaried position
