Job Overview

We are looking for a reliable and motivated Light Service Provider to join our roadside assistance team. The ideal candidate will assist stranded motorists with basic roadside services while providing professional and friendly customer support.

This position is perfect for someone who enjoys working independently, solving problems on the road, and helping people in urgent situations.

Responsibilities

* Perform roadside assistance services including:

* Battery boosts
* Tire changes
* Lockout assistance
* Fuel delivery
* Basic vehicle troubleshooting
* Safely operate company service vehicles and equipment
* Communicate with dispatch and customers in a professional manner
* Maintain accurate service records and job updates
* Follow all safety procedures and traffic laws
* Provide fast and dependable customer service

Requirements

* Valid G driver’s license with clean driving record
* Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
* Strong communication and customer service skills
* Ability to work independently under pressure
* Experience in towing, roadside assistance, automotive, or similar field is an asset
* Must be dependable, punctual, and professional
