A Warehouse Associate is responsible for receiving, storing, organizing, and distributing products while maintaining inventory accuracy and ensuring a safe, efficient warehouse environment

Key Duties & Responsibilities:
* Order Picking & Packing: Accurately pick items from shelves based on pick-lists and pack them securely for transit.
* Final Verification : Cross-reference physical products against invoices/system orders to ensure 100% accuracy before sealing packages.
* Quality Inspection: Check for any damage or defects in products before they leave the warehouse.
* Inventory Control: Update the stock system (manual or digital) to reflect shipped items and assist in regular cycle counts.
* Loading & Unloading: in receiving incoming stock and loading outgoing delivery vehicles.
* Equipment operation: Safely operating forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery
* Physical strength and stamina: Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50–100 lbs) and stand for extended periods.
* Maintain Workspace: Keep the packing and shipping area clean, organized, and safe.
* Order Processing: Manage incoming orders and prepare the pick-list for the warehouse.
* Data Management: Update the inventory system and ensure the "Order vs. Shipment" data is
reconciled.
* Problem Solving: Investigate why an order was wrong and implement ways to prevent future errors.
