Bought it last year for 3900$ had it parked at my seasonal spot it was perfect for me! I bought from nice older couple that had since new! Older gentleman fixed the one leak above the master bed and he swore It wouldn't leak he was right he updated lots in it also! Ready to roll just come pick it up it's got hot water on demand the older gentleman set up and nicer fridge! It's got no awning other then that it was perfect trailer just no longer need!
