We are looking for a seasonal vineyard worker to join our team for full-time outdoor agricultural work. This position involves grape and vineyard maintenance in a physically demanding farm environment. This is a full-time position with 40 hours per week, with scheduling that may include early mornings, evenings, and weekends.

Applicants should be comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions including heat, dust, noise, and wet environments. Duties may include repetitive tasks, lifting, bending, kneeling, and standing for extended periods. Experience is considered an asset, but training can be provided for the right candidate.

This is an on-site position in a rural work setting. Applicants must have their own transportation, as housing and transportation are not provided. We are looking for someone reliable, flexible, organized, and able to work well as part of a team.
