Job Responsibilities:
• Coordinate drivers and shipments.
• Communicate with customers, brokers, and drivers
• Track shipments and ensure on-time deliveries
• Manage dispatch schedules and paperwork
• Resolve issues quickly and professionally

Requirements:
• Experience in trucking dispatch preferred
• Strong communication and computer skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of load boards and logistics software is an asset
