General Laborer / Trade Assistant
**Job Type:** Full-time

**About the Role**
Join1 a specialized crew focused on high-end garage transformations and advanced epoxy flooring systems. No prior experience with industrial coatings is required—**we provide full, paid training.**

**Key Responsibilities**
* Prepare surfaces using floor grinders and shot-blasting equipment.
* Assist with material mixing, painting, and drywall masking.
* Set up, clean, and maintain specialized tools and equipment.
* Load/unload materials and maintain a clean, safe job site.

**Requirements**
* **Physical Stamina:** Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and handle demanding physical labor.

**Transportation:** Valid driver’s license and reliable personal transportation to the shop no transit close.

**Attributes:** Punctual, detail-oriented, and able to follow precise technical instructions.

**Experience:** Construction, painting, or concrete experience is an asset but not required.
