I am a 22 year old pregnant student at Cambrian College and I live in the Community Living Greater Sudbury agency for the past 4 years. I’m currently looking for a cheap place to rent on my own with my baby and I’m on ODSP. The maximum I can afford for rent is $600 I can pay for tenant insurance Hydro cable TV and Internet. You don’t have to provide that for me, but I would like you to provide heat and water as I don’t know how much that cost per month. I would like to bring home a small dog if that’s okay. I do not need the place furnished, but I would prefer free laundry in unit my desired location in Sudbury is Levack Ontario I would prefer to live in the basement of a house with one bedroom and a den with two bathrooms I can provide for furniture I have a public guardian and trustee caseworker who manages my money with ODSP because I’m unable to manage my own funds cause I don’t know how to prioritize so that’s why I have a public guardian and trustee caseworker if you can provide a home gym storage space and a heated in ground pool that would be great.
