TYPE OF LEASE: On-site –2-3 days a week, no riding yet, just ground lunging, playing, with riding once cleared by chiro

Meet tachick! Odd name huh?
Tachick has been there and done that. He's been a purebred good boy since I was 15. He is currently 18.....Teaching me, my little sister, and now my daughter. Along with dozens of lesson kids throughout the years. Unfortunately tachick was neglected for a while after I moved away from home and now we are working with chiro to build his sway back up to be able to ride.
So for this portion of lease its just ground work. Brushing, giving supplements, lunging over poles, backing up, playing with things in the arena etc etc. Your welcome to do lessons with the barn owner with him on the ground also!
ONCE cleared by chiro, there's the potential for some riding.

I'm 6 months pregnant and will be off work for 2 months come july/august and essentially just need help keeping him in shape and building his back up.
He's kept at a beautiful facility with a heated indoor arena, heated barns and awesome trails.
He will come with all his own gear for obvious reasons.
That being said tach is very much food motivated, "stoner" horse type attitude, do anything to. He's VERY well trained and was a competition reiner I his younger years. Hes child safe, though I am looking for someone 18 or older WITH a minimumof 2 yrs of experience including lunging.

Great opportunity for someone looking for a way to stay/get back into horses slowly with an amazing horse.
