ClearTek Home is seeking reliable and detail-oriented window cleaning technicians to join our team. This role involves residential and commercial window cleaning, with a strong focus on quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Candidates must have a valid driver’s license, access to reliable transportation, and flexible availability throughout the week. Prior experience is a plus, but not required—training will be provided.

Candidates must be located in Niagara Falls, St Catherine’s or Surrounding areas.

Training is 2 days long, 5 hours per day, and is paid at $100 per day.

After training, workers will be compensated on regular workdays with two pay options:

* Option 1: $21 per hour
* Option 2: $50 per house completed, plus performance bonuses (for example, completing 5 houses in a day earns an additional $50 bonus)

Workers will be paid daily immediately after each workday is completed, with the flexibility to choose a payout schedule of daily, weekly, biweekly, or monthly depending on preference.
