My name is Ryan and my friend and I are looking for male or female roommates who can move in starting August 1, 2026. An ideal candidate would be a young working professional, a student, or preferably both. This is a newly built apartment where every tenant will have their own bathroom. There is also free, in-unit laundry. The kitchen is brand new and there is an additional downstairs kitchenette for tenants, as well. Each tenant will have their own room plus a den or storage room to share.

The place is a 10 minute walk to Carleton University, a 10 minute walk to Bank Street, and a 20 minute walk to Billings Bridge with a Walmart and Independent Grocer. We are also a 2 minute walk from bus route 7, which goes downtown. In addition, we are a quick walk from bus routes 6, 10, 111, 48, and train line 2 which goes north and south.
