Key Responsibilities:

Prep Cook Duties:

Wash, peel, and cut vegetables and other ingredients

Portion and label ingredients for daily use

Assist with preparation of sauces, salads, and simple dishes

Keep prep area clean and stocked

Cleaning Duties:

Maintain cleanliness of kitchen, including floors, counters, and equipment

Wash dishes, pots, and utensils

Take out trash and recycling

Follow health and safety guidelines for food handling and sanitation

Requirements:

Previous kitchen experience is a plus but not required

Must be reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented

Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team

Able to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for extended periods

Understanding of basic food safety is preferred
