Executive Administrative Assistant
Description
We are currently looking for an **Executive Administrative Assistant** to join our team.
In this role, you will work closely with one of the company's senior executives and serve as their primary administrative support. Your responsibilities will include:
• Answering and managing phone calls
• Following up with clients and maintaining client relationships
• Managing emails, including drafting and responding to correspondence
• Providing excellent customer service and client support
• Scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings
• Assisting with day-to-day administrative tasks
• Preparing documents, reports, and presentations
• Supporting the operation of a growing business
**Qualifications:**
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and computer applications
• Familiarity with email management and customer service
• Basic understanding of AI tools is an asset
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
**Training will be provided.** Previous experience is not mandatory, but applicants should have basic computer knowledge and a strong willingness to learn and grow.
