We are a growing organization expanding across Canada, building a team of driven early-career professionals.

The Opportunity
We are hiring ambitious individuals who want to develop real sales ability, gain practical experience, and earn based on performance.
You will learn how to communicate with business owners, handle objections, and generate real revenue in the field. This is a structured role with direct coaching, accountability, and a clear path to increasing responsibility and income.
No prior sales experience required. We prefer coachable individuals who are willing to learn over those with pre-existing habits.

The Reality of the Role
This is not a passive job. You will:
- Initiate conversations with local businesses daily
- Handle rejection and adapt quickly
- Book demos and generate opportunities
- Learn how to lead and control sales conversations
- This role rewards output, not effort. If you do not produce, you will not earn.

Compensation (Transparent Structure)
- This is a commission-based role tied to high-value services.
- Our core packages range from $1,000 to $5,000.
- You will earn 25% commission while training, and 30% once you are closing independently.
- We support your ramp by closing deals for you early on while you build confidence and learn the process.

Typical progression:
Month 1: ~$3,000
Month 2: ~$5,000
Example:
Average deal size ~$2,000
~$500 earned per deal (25%)
6 deals = ~$3,000 (~1–2 per week)
10 deals = ~$5,000 (~2–3 per week)
As your skill improves and you move to 30%, your income scales directly. Top performers earn $10,000 /month.

Training & Development
You will be trained directly by the founders in:
- Sales psychology
- Cold outreach
- Objection handling
- Conversation control
- You will receive ongoing coaching, performance tracking, and real-time feedback.
