Computer Skills:

Scanning, faxing, basic computer skills, web browser, EMR Accuro program experience is a must!!
Communication skills:

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal are essential
Keeping a live communication with the doctors throughout the day
Ability to convey a positive and empathetic attitude towards patients
The ability to speak and understand Punjabi & English fluently is a must
Ideal qualifications:

Ability to work as a team and independentlyPossesses excellent time-management skills
Strong attention to detail
Experience processing, labeling and packaging lab specimens an asset
Problem solving skills

Greeting patients in a professional & friendly manner
Setting up procedures & clean up
Taking patient vitals
Answering phone calls & scheduling appointments
