LIVE-IN BUILDING SUPERINTENDENT — Scarborough (Near Cedarbrae Mall)
Full-Time | Permanent | $50,000–$55,000/year

About the Role
We're looking for a reliable, experienced superintendent to manage a 70-unit residential building in Scarborough. You'll be the boots-on-the-ground presence keeping the building running smoothly for tenants and ownership.

Responsibilities

Daily property walkthroughs and deficiency reporting
Maintenance and repairs: carpentry, plumbing, electrical, drywall, general finishing
Landscaping and exterior grounds upkeep
Show vacant suites to prospective tenants
Maintain daily tenant contact and incident logs
Respond to tenant maintenance requests and after-hours emergencies


What We're Looking For

1–2 years of superintendent or residential maintenance experience
Broad working knowledge of maintenance and light construction
Self-directed with strong time management
Available on-call for after-hours emergencies


Position Details

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8-hour shifts on-call
Work location: In-person (live-in)
Suite included as part of compensation
