**Job Description:**

We are seeking a reliable and safety-focused Counterbalance Forklift Operator to join our warehouse team on the afternoon shift. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating a counterbalance forklift to move, load, and unload materials efficiently within a fast-paced distribution environment.

**Responsibilities:**

* Operate a counterbalance forklift safely and efficiently
* Load and unload trucks and trailers
* Move materials to designated storage areas
* Perform routine equipment checks and report issues
* Follow all safety procedures and warehouse protocols
* Assist with general warehouse duties as required

**Requirements:**

* Valid forklift certification (counterbalance)
* Previous warehouse/forklift experience preferred
* Strong attention to safety and detail
* Ability to lift up to 50 lbs when needed
* Reliable attendance for afternoon shift schedule
