Diamond Cleaning Company is seeking reliable and hardworking **Painters and General Labourers** to assist with apartment and unit turnover projects.

**Responsibilities:**

* Interior painting and touch-ups
* Cleaning vacant apartments and units
* Carpet cleaning using industrial carpet cleaning equipment
* General labour and site clean-up
* Assisting with turnover preparations to ensure units are move-in ready

**Requirements:**

* Previous painting and/or cleaning experience is an asset
* Ability to perform physical work and lift equipment as required
* Reliable transportation is preferred
* Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
* Positive attitude and dependable work ethic

**Compensation:**

* $20.00–$30.00 per hour
* Wage based on experience and qualifications
