We are currently seeking motivated Independent Contractors in Toronto to support a fintech user acquisition campaign.

This is a flexible, part-time opportunity requiring approximately 2 hours per day. The role involves promoting a fintech mobile application and helping new users complete registration using a welcome code.

Evaluation Day (Paid)

Before the main campaign begins, selected candidates will complete a short paid field evaluation designed to assess communication skills, reliability, and performance.

Compensation for the Evaluation Day:

- $2 CAD per successful app registration
- 5% commission on qualified activity generated during the evaluation

The evaluation is expected to take approximately 2 hours.

Transition to Main Campaign

Candidates who successfully complete the evaluation phase will be invited to join the next campaign cycle.

Following the evaluation day, there will be a brief onboarding and campaign preparation period. No work assignments are scheduled during this period.

Main Campaign Compensation

Starting with the next campaign cycle, approved contractors will receive:

- $20 CAD per hour
- 15% commission on qualified activity generated through their efforts

Top-performing contractors may earn significant additional commission income. Actual earnings depend on performance and results achieved.

- Must be legally eligible to work as an Independent Contractor in Canada
- Strong communication and people skills
- Self-motivated and reliable
- Smartphone with internet access
- Ability to work independently
