Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Hotel Front Desk Receptionist with a minimum of 2 years of experience in hotel or hospitality front desk operations. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, strong soft skills, and the ability to quickly learn and adapt to hotel systems and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
• Welcome guests warmly and provide exceptional customer service.
• Manage check-ins and check-outs efficiently.
• Handle reservations, cancellations, and room assignments.
• Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries.
• Process payments and maintain accurate records.
• Address and resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
Requirements
• Minimum 2 years of hotel front desk or hospitality experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Proficiency in hotel management software and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
