Responsibilities
Assist with loading and unloading materials and equipment
Perform general site cleanup and debris removal to maintain a safe work environment
Support skilled trades by preparing tools and materials as needed
Help with the setup and breakdown of work areas for different projects
Follow safety protocols and procedures at all times
Operate basic hand tools and machinery with proper training
Collaborate effectively with team members to meet project deadlines
Qualifications
Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
Prior experience in construction, manufacturing, or related fields is a plus but not required
Strong work ethic with attention to safety standards
