Hamilton Construction Company is seeking a licensed 310T Truck and Coach technician for a position located in Hamilton, Ontario. The Mechanic's main responsibility is to diagnose and complete repairs on a variety of Dump Trucks, pony Pup trailers, live-bottom trailers, and Caterpillar heavy equipment, including excavators, dozers, and wheel loaders.

Hourly wage: $35-$42 per hour, wage is based on your experience . Day shift Monday-Friday

Responsibilities:
- Diagnose & complete repairs on all company equipment
- Experience with Mack, Cat and Bendix diagnostic programs
- Mechanical, electrical and hydraulic troubleshooting in the shop and in the field
- Ensure all work is completed in a timely, effective and safe manner
- Must be able to work independently and assist others when required
-Act in a courteous manner and project a positive company image
-Strong attention to detail
- Welding and Fabrication experience is an asset
-Perform safety inspections to latest highway traffic standards using the Drive on System

Qualifications:
-Must be a Licensed (310T) Technician for heavy duty trucks with over 3 years of experience as a Field Technician
- Experience working on Caterpillar and other equipment. 421A license would b an asset
-Must have a valid G driver's license with a clean driver's abstract, DZ preferred
Must be able to meet all safety requirements and applicable safety policies
-Have own tools and be fluent with diagnostic equipment
