Title: Auction Coordinator – Estate Sales (Buckhorn and surrounding)

Looking for a detail-oriented, organized person to manage online auctions from start to finish.

You will:

Sort & organize household contents into logical lots

Photograph items clearly

Write accurate descriptions

Upload everything to HiBid and Flex 360

Coordinate buyer pickup

Familiarity with HiBid and/or Flex 360 is a definite plus, but we will train the right person who is technically comfortable and highly organized.

This role is:

Flexible / project-based

Independent – you manage your own schedule

Local – work in and around Buckhorn, Lakefield, Peterborough, Bobcaygeon

You should be:

Hyper-organized and self-motivated

Comfortable with smartphone photography and basic tech

Able to lift up to 30 lbs

A clear, polite communicator

Compensation: Paid per completed auction project
