Job Summary

Ryanson Transport is currently hiring experienced and professional Flatbed and Step Deck Drivers for full-time and part-time positions. We are looking for reliable drivers with strong safety knowledge, excellent driving skills, and experience handling flatbed and step deck freight.

Responsibilities
Safely operate flatbed and step deck trucks in accordance with company policies and transportation regulations.
Properly secure loads using chains, straps, tarps, and other cargo securement equipment.
Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the truck and trailer.
Ensure all shipping documents and logbooks are completed accurately.
Follow all safety procedures and FMCSA/DOT regulations.
Communicate effectively with dispatch, customers, and safety personnel.
Deliver freight safely and on time.
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of verified commercial driving experience.
Valid Class 1/A CDL driver’s license.
Experience operating flatbed and step deck trailers.
Strong knowledge of cargo securement procedures.
Clean driving abstract and safety record preferred.
Ability to travel long distances and work flexible schedules.
Must be reliable, professional, and safety-oriented.
